Here we are March!
This month we build on last month’s energy theme which was CHOICES.
THE MARCH ENERGY FORECAST THEME IS…FRESH

FRESH
The rain fell from the sky. The kind of rain that you could smell that it was coming before it even started. And when it did arrive and the heavens opened it cleared everything away with it. Resetting the atmosphere, the air and the land it fell on. The dust that lay on the leaves, the sediment on the trees, the lint on the earth. Refreshing and transmuting like liquid gold.
A fresh smell, a fresh energy. The plants basking in renewal. The birds and animals buoyant by nature's refresh.
Her tears fell like the rain. She was grieving the old, facing all the changes in front of her. It felt so big, but she knew that she was here exactly where she was supposed to be. Experiencing all the feelings and emotions she was supposed to. Each teardrop allowing her emotions, her energy and body to experience a complete refresh. The liquid gold renewing herself to feel and to create the freedom in her body. Her heart cracking open as the water flowed into all its wondrous caverns. Clearing out what was hurting, what was stuck and buried away. The pain she felt for herself, for others and what was happening on the planet. The water flowed. It moved. Just like she was being asked to.
As this energy fell through her she began to understand she could create her own freedom in her body. Stepping into this fresh energy and allowing herself this refresh. Her life might be taking her in unexpected ways, but she knew in her heart that it was time to open herself up to the magic. Decluttering her mind, her space, her body and her thoughts. A spring clean.
This was a liberation. This was a fresh start. She was overthinking because it felt so polarized. It could be tough to see this as a fresh start. Did she desire this fresh energy? Did she deserve it? She could see both sides of the coin. She could see the good things and the bad. The positive and the negative. The joy and the pain. The hope and the fear. But she was coming to terms that she didn’t have to choose between the polarized binary. Or even the polarized harmony. That both could exist. She didn’t need to pretend that one wasn’t here. Or hide it away. This fresh renewal energy she was experiencing was allowing her to see it all for what it was. Her vision clearer. To give her a greater sense of confidence and liberation in the void, in the grey and out of her overthinking mind in the material world. That she was dropping into her intuition and seeing fresh ideas and new perspectives that before would not have made any sense. That previously would not have been seen as possible, available, or even close to touch.
But now it made sense. She was expanding her awareness and her consciousness to new possibilities and heights. The reveal of the outside world being made clear in this fresh energy.
Its flaws, its shadows, its power-hungry games for control. But also, its beauty, its hope, the power of love, togetherness and open hearted community. And as she allowed this reset to move through her she understood that it was ok to hold her shadow and her light together. That both could exist and she could be seen and heard. That both could exist and she could feel safe and supported. That both could exist and that she could protect her heart and be open hearted at the same time.
She went outside in the rain. And she let it seep into her skin. She let it wash it all away. Her clothes stuck to her skin. She felt like a child as she jumped in the puddles, carefree, liberated and in her freedom. Not worrying how she looked or what people would think. Each droplet washing away and refreshing her whole being at the same time. Letting go and calling in the new adventure that was calling. Coming to terms that she couldn’t bring all of the past with her into this next phase. But fully understanding that it had shaped her into the person she was today.
Releasing the relationships and people that didn’t fit. Nurturing the ones that were aligned and calling in the new community to support her. Letting go of the belongings that no longer brought her pleasure and honouring those that did. Opening herself up to her gifts and talents that lit her up from the inside out and refreshed her soul. Putting aside what had been so loud to leave her life, her energy body and space. Creating space. Creating freedom. A healing liberation.
The rain, the tears, the cavern of her watery body and heart all asking her to embody the freshness.
