Happy Solstice!!

Writing this after I’ve spent the early morning swimming in the sea and walking Archer on the beach. It was quiet before the crowds arrive, just the local dog owners soaking up the magic. ✨

Solstice is a powerful portal for us to reflect, check in and look where we’re at. And I don’t just mean on what our exterior world looks like but our interior world too. Our emotions, feelings, what’s been niggling at us, where our thoughts and mind has been working on overdrive.

This Solstice has come with an extra energetic intensity. You just need to turn on the news for that. But as I’ve been sharing all month with this month’s energy theme of “OPENINGS AND SHAKEUPS” our spirit team are really trying to get our attention.

The sun is our energy life giver. Our actual power source. We wouldn’t be here without it.

Which is why today and this weekend we honour its force, its presence and what it gives us.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re in the Northern Hemisphere with the longest day and most light, or the Southern Hemisphere with the shortest day and the least light of the whole year; we can still work and connect with this energy.

The Sun is a portal to clear your energy. Elevate your energy and connect you to your true essence and frequency.
