As we’re in the energy after the eclipses you may currently feel like you have a bit of an eclipse energy hangover. You may feel tired, your body might be feeling heavy or that you are feeling under the weather. Know that this is normal as we’ve been experiencing no small things recently. It’s time to integrate the energy.

INTEGRATION
You are integrating in November not just what was relaunched in October, but are being invited in to integrate what you have learned and discovered about yourself this whole year in 2023.
This month as part of that integration energy, we are being asked to practice perseverance, to honour the body, to step into patience, to really look at what balance means this month. and see where you might be pushing in one direction or pulling in another. Noticing when your energy is not in balance because it is a month of centering and nourishment.
